These terms apply to the Mesora app and this website. Mesora is a product of Kunz Systems; it is not a separate company.

What the app does
Mesora is an SMS app for Android. It sends and receives text messages and sorts them into categories on your phone. To work, it must be set as your default SMS app. You can switch back to another SMS app at any time.
Free and Pro
The free version is a complete SMS app and may show ads. Mesora Pro is an optional paid upgrade that removes ads and adds features such as keyword rules, auto-cleanup for promotions and spam, local export and extra accent colors. The features of each version are described in the app and on this website.
Purchases
Pro will be sold through Google Play as a subscription or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms and policies. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in Google Play. Purchases can be restored on a new device with the same Google account.
Sorting is a help, not a guarantee
Categories, spam detection and code recognition work with rules and patterns. They are usually right, but not always: an important message can land in Promotions or Spam, and a code may not be recognized. Messages are never hidden — you can open every category at any time and correct a category or set a rule. Please don't rely on the sorting for urgent or emergency communication.
Deleting messages
Automatic cleanup only runs after you switch it on, and only for the categories and time spans you choose. Messages you delete — by hand or automatically — cannot be restored by us, because we never have a copy.
SMS costs and your carrier
Sending and receiving SMS is a service of your mobile carrier. Any charges for it come from your carrier under your plan. We are not responsible for carrier outages, delays or delivery. Delivery, delivery reports and MMS downloads depend on your carrier and device.
Fair use
Please don't use the app to send spam, harass others or break the law. You are responsible for the messages you send.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and this website belong to Kunz Systems. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your devices. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.
Liability
We develop the app with care, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost messages. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. The current version is always on this page; significant changes will also be announced in the app where possible.
