Code detection covers the common message formats. Some senders use unusual formats, so a code may occasionally not be recognized — the full message is always there.

Discreet by design
Message previews are hidden on the lock screen by default. You can turn them on in settings, but codes and bank or payment messages always stay hidden there. Copied codes are marked as sensitive, links in spam can't be tapped, and you can block screenshots of the app.

Mesora doesn't send your messages anywhere to be analyzed. It reads the signals that are already in each SMS — right on your phone — and sorts with clear, predictable rules.

Straight answers about how Mesora works.
Does Mesora read my messages?
To show, send and sort SMS, any SMS app needs access to your messages — that's how Android works. Mesora processes them only on your phone. Nobody at Kunz Systems can see them, and no server analyzes them.
Are my messages uploaded?
No. Mesora has no account and no server of its own. Your messages stay in your phone's message storage, and sorting happens on the device. The only internet use is for ads in the free version and for Google Play services such as purchases.
Does Mesora use AI?
No. Mesora sorts with clear rules and patterns that run on your phone: the sender, short codes, typical wording for codes, banks, deliveries and promotions, links, and your own rules. That keeps it fast, private and predictable. It can still get a message wrong — then move it and set a rule.
Can I still send normal SMS?
Yes. Mesora is a full SMS app: send, reply, start new conversations, choose the SIM on dual-SIM phones, search, archive and delete.
Does Mesora support MMS?
MMS support is currently being tested. Receiving and sending pictures with text are built into the app, but haven't been verified on real phones and mobile networks yet. We'll update this answer once testing is complete.
Does Mesora support RCS?
No. Mesora is an SMS app, and the first version doesn't support RCS chat.
Is Mesora free?
Yes. The free version is a complete SMS app with the Smart Inbox, spam and promotion filtering, code copy, search, dark mode and sender rules. Mesora Pro is optional: no ads, keyword rules, auto-cleanup for promotions and spam, local export and extra accent colors. Prices will be announced before launch.
Can I block a sender?
Yes. Mesora uses Android's own block list on your phone, so Android stops delivering messages from that number. This is not a block at your mobile carrier. Marking a message as spam is separate: it only files it locally.
Why does Mesora need to be my default SMS app?
Android only lets the default SMS app receive, send and manage text messages fully. So to sort your inbox, Mesora has to be that app. You can switch back at any time in Android's settings under Default apps — your messages stay on your phone.
Does Mesora show ads?
Not at the moment — ads are currently switched off in the app. The free version may show ads from Google AdMob later; where required by law, you will be asked for consent first. The app never passes your messages, senders, contacts, categories or codes to the ad system. Pro has no ads.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. In Settings → Privacy, “Reset app data” deletes everything Mesora stores itself: categories, rules, settings and cache. Your SMS stay in Android's message storage until you delete them yourself. Uninstalling Mesora also removes all of its own data.
Is Mesora available for iPhone?
No. Mesora is made for Android only.
